CONTINUOUS AUDITING PROCESS

Continuous Audit Process is one of the best tools which provides the greatest opportunity for the discovery and correction of noncompliance and at risk behaviours at the workface. By implementing proactive inspection programmes, managers have the opportunity to put their fingers on its pulse and gauge, firsthand, the health of their organization’s Safety culture. Among other benefits, it allows them to identify potential problems, commend positive behaviours and demonstrate their commitment to Safety. The traditional Hierarchy of Control lists Human Involvement as the least effective method of loss control. Audits allow an organization to assign its control resources efficiently. This two-day workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skill to complete safety audits as part of a Bahaviour Based Safety (BBS) programme and participate in the continuous safety performance improvement process.
