Mr. Kavaner lived and worked as a business entrepreneur in Canada, Republic of Panama, Guyana, Barbados, Dominican Republic and Trinidad, prior to his most recent relocation to British Virgin Islands. He is well versed in business opportunities in the countries where he resided, as well as the Caribbean, Central and South America in general, having lived in the region for more than twenty (20+) years while handling private business interests. He uses his extensive experience and network of professional and business contacts to initiate and develop investment projects.

His past and present private business ventures cover Private Financial Services, Government and public/private sectors in Tourism, Energy, Canadian government consulting, trucking, shipping, logistics, import and export, distribution and general construction projects. This wide range of business leadership direction and experience affords him the knowledge to implement corporate strategies within various business umbrellas, providing them the financial corporate investments and streategies to make the business a success.
My Kavaner as Director International Finance at HARCON leads the provision of global project financing to clients through a USA investment trade platform. His creative, customized and project specific financing for projects provide viable project holders with financing they otherwise would not be able to acquire. Global clients throughout Central, South and North America, Caribbean and Africa are the current beneficiaries of financing opportunities from the USA. Rogers focus is not only to provide financing for project development, but lead the continents in their growth potential by providing significant financing where other regulated financing mechanisms are not able to meet the projects requirements.
