PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PPDP)


The Personal Professional Development Program (PPDP) is a customized one on one encounter with young professional level staff (managers / executives) that is designed to provide a learning development, and coaching platform to inculcate an understanding of personal, life and professional skills sets in order to enhance their abilities to be more effective, to lead, to add value as team members, manage conflict and face change throughout the course of their careers. It is an individual experience that suits the unique and specific attributes and traits of the individual participant. In this individualized confidential learning and development setting, the participant is more open to sharing experiences therefore allowing for a more clinical assessment of their baseline skill sets and creating an avenue for a roadmap of personal development that includes all facets of the participant life / career. Organizations may identify participants individually or as groups of managers / executives to be engaged individually.

The program comprises eight (8) sessions of two (2) hours duration over a two month period and is designed to blend in with the typical work routine of the participant. Session times are flexible and can be adjusted based on participants work demands. Organizations may find this program particularly useful if previous collective training and development workshop participation may not have been effective.

About The Facilitator

Ermath Nicholas Harrington is an International Business Consultant, Founder and Managing Director of HARCON an institutional and capacity building consulting firm based in Trinidad and Tobago. He has diverse consulting experience in the public, civil society and private sector of the Caribbean and beyond. His consulting experience covers strategic planning, performance management, project management, process re-engineering and research. This is augmented by his formal training at the Master’s Level in International Relations. He is a specialist in the Balanced Scorecard Strategic Performance Management Framework.
