The Small Business H.O.S.T Program

The HARCON Outsourcing Services Training Program (H.O.S.T.) is a workshop that offers knowledge and guidance to any one desirous of establishing a small business or who has recently started a small business. The program provides knowledge and understanding of topics and issues that the new or prospective small business owner should be aware of in order to ensure that the business venture gets off to a solid start. This program differs from others in that it focuses on the fundamentals and is delivered in a simple easily understandable format that allows participants to quickly acquire and understand the elements of business; duties and responsibilities; planning and budgeting and understanding of statutory requirements.65% of all new businesses fail within the first five years of start up. This is largely due to a lack of understanding of the foundational framework that can position the small business into a structured growth path thus ensuring sustainability over the long term.  HOST informs the participants of the program of all business start-up administration details and other auxiliary functions that are expedient to the even transitions of a business through its life cycle. As a small business owner information and training is necessary to ensure the comfortable success in the organization’s functions.
