Security is often viewed as a cost-centre without appreciation for the value that it adds to the organisation. Implementing value based security management enables delivery of a cost-effective security program with a focus on quality through the use of performance management, planning, and budgeting. This one day workshop provides participants with the knowledge necessary to align the security program with the company’s overall strategic objectives and management processes in order to ensure decision-making is based on the key drivers of value.
